This is Jase's second stint with B97.9. Jase's first job with the station was in 2003 and was that of a board operator, in which he was the one behind the scenes twisting and turning the knobs to put broadcasts on the air. Jase then left the station to pursue other broadcasting endeavors as a play-by-play commentator for a variety of sports teams throughout the area. Jase was also a co-host of a local sports talk show.

Jase returned to B97.9 to offer his services in a variety of areas including being an on-air talent. Through the week Jase keeps you up to date with local news, sports, and weather for several sister stations of B97.9. Jase brings you the most new country every weekday on B97.9. Jase also is the play-by-play voice of many high school sports broadcasts on sister station Star 107.1.
